1. Theory and Vocational Up Skilling
ANB Agro Trainer sponsored the singles mothers to enhance their soft skill for eg:- communication english, farming skills, pre-school training and lots more.This approach was used in early stage of this programme to have the pioneer of each aspect.This women was sucessfully completed their course and become part of the ANB Trainer.Read their success story here.
2. Hiring 100% Local Villagers For Farm Operation .
Our first ever social-entreneurship farm situated in serene Kampung Sungai Limau,Lunas Kedah, Northen Malaysia. This farm operates with the capacity of the local villagers.With the great involvement of 80% youth and 20% veteran ranging from 18 to 68 years old. This initiative also involve multiethnic community with the constitution of 90% Local Malay , 8% Indian and 2% Chinese in the farm operation.
3. Waste and abandoned land development for agriculture
Without seeing the land as an opportunity for a great bussiness, bundles of lands are left unattended properly by some villagers especially the veteran and single mothers.So we came with the idea that they should merge themselves and we help them by providing a proper agriculture training and other essential tools. Now,they share the land and run the farm together and obtain a higher income.
4. Post-harvest management
Added value products are produced from the harvest aside from the raw material for example the most simple thing we have done is the dried chili.The trainee also can market their harvest on their own by direct selling to the market or groceries shop while we also have established our own market. Its an initiative to teach them to self-dependent on this field.
5. Language Empowerment
Living in a multicultural country and fast moving technology, without a proper usage of language might create a barrier and gap between the trainees and the world. Language Empowerment are done in few stages as soon more groups of people will join us. For kickstart, we provide them with "Spoken English Class".
